Service guarantee: All parts and labor are guaranteed for a period of 30 days starting at the time of work or sale. This guarantee covers parts and labor, except for used parts which have a 7 day guarantee. Defective or unsatisfactory parts may be exchanged for either replacement or credit towards a different part within the guarantee period. Does not include service on software.


Privacy Policy: Any data that is manipulated or otherwise transferred, backed-up or otherwise duplicated will remain confidential and will NOT be distributed to any 3rd party, except for law enforcement officials in a legitimate investigation, and then only if the proper legal requirements are met. Any duplicates of customer data will be destroyed on the day of job completion, unless specifically asked othewise by the customer.


Standard 5 year limited warranty: Starting at the time of purchase, all new system parts, excluding peripheral devices, are covered for 3 years. CPU, memory and hard drive are covered for 5 years. Labor and peripheral devices are covered for 1 year unless specifcally stated otherwise. Labor does not include software. For on-site service, standard fees will apply. If it is determined that hardware is defective, we will repair or replace, at our option, the defective part with a part of equal or greater value.


Emergency Services: Service calls scheduled the same day as the call or beyond normal operating hours, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. will be considered an emergency service. Home users will incur an additional $49 fee. Businesses will incur an addtional $99 fee.
