Off-site Service:
We understand that the majority of customers prefer most work to be done on-site so that their computers do not need to leave their home, but in some instances repair needs occur that require long wait periods. We will be happy to complete time-consuming work off-site, and return the computer when work is complete. At the money saving rate of $39 per hour.

Pick-up and Drop-off:
On a tight budge? Save money by having us repair or upgrade your equipment off-site! For a $49 fee, we will pick up your PC or other equipment, complete the job in-shop at a low hourly rate, and return it to you, usually within 3 business days! Because hourly labor rates are lower for work performed off-site, you can save over 35% on labor costs!

We have made it our duty to research and test the latest advances in security technology and can clean or remove most all spyware, adware and viruses without needing to re-install your operating system, all of your applications and data.

Software Training:
We provide accurate and detailed training sessions for Windows and Macintosh operating systems and most common business and productivity applications. Also, there are sessions available that center on Internet Security which include training on firewalls, anti-virus protection and avoiding adware and spyware.
